11/03/21 PMPS 180 should I shoot or retest ? Need help dosing Panzer taking action/ 49@ +6/101@+7

SLGS says to reduce by 0.25 units if he goes under 90, which he did. Good luck with the new dose.

PMPS 180 should I shoot or test again in 30mins fed @+6 & he almost puked low #s when I was able to test, hard to get blood HELP

If you can monitor him I'd shoot the new 2.25U dose. You shot 189 this morning and he was ok, 180 at a reduced dose should be ok (plus I assume he's higher by now)

Please take down 911 when you get a chance.

On your spreadsheet PMPS the 180 should be 180 stall 198 @+12.5 not 198 @0.5
