I know her case is complicated, so I don't know enough to offer advice. I'll just bump your message up - and I'm sending feel-better wishes! I hope you get the problem solved soon.
 
This looks like a bounce to me. It would have been helpful to have a few more tests during the PM cycle on 10/8. You don't know how low Tifil's numbers went. It does look like Tifil bounced off of the greens. You need to be careful about increasing the Lantus dose on a bounce. The 1.5u dose brought Tifil's numbers down into at least the 60s. Once the bounce clears, the dose increase may be too much insulin. Please monitor carefully as the bounce clears to make sure your cat is in safe numbers.
 
Poor Tifil- she's having such a hard time. I don't have any advice but hope that things get better!

I agree with Sienne. It looks like Tifil is just in a bounce from the 63, and you need to be patient and wait for it to clear.
When he clears the bounce, he may very likely go down to around that number again. Increasing the dose may make him go even lower. I also agree about getting another test or two or three when you saw that 63. Everything will be okay. I would just try to be more patient. You're doing good. I think I would go back to the 1.50 dose in the morning, though. Let's see if anyone else has anything to add.
 
Because on my stupid internet problems I couldn't read the advices and had to shoot :( but I will monitor her during the day. thank you everyone. I hope she is not having another problem going inside her :(
