As long as she is getting some dry, I guess we can expect that her numbers will be higher than we would like to see. Anne/Muffin just had success with the canned...after a long battle with the dry. You might want to read a bit about it in her condo....

I hope Ginger will feel better and better as the day goes by....nice yellow last night, eh? Would love to see more of that Ginger!

I have seen people mention the Fortiflora, thanks for the link.
I will probably check at a local natural food pet store that sells stuff like that. Sometimes they have samples.

To get Ginger to eat the wet, I sometimes sprinkle a few crumbs of crushed dry on top. Hubby couldnt believe how first she refused to eat the wet, but when I did that, she immediately ate it. lol
I guess it gives the food the smell she is use to and likes.

I know about the yougart, I have one cat that loves it. Anytime I eat yougart he is on top of me trying to take it from me! lol

Ginger wont eat it.

Ok...good...and give the probiotic to her a few hours after you give the ABS, ok~~not at the same time? :razz:

Yes, sorry I forgot to answer that about the Amoxicillin.
Its liquid and she seems to like the taste.

Insulin is at 5:30 am & 5:30 pm
Amoxicillin is at 11am & 11pm

How long will she be on the ABs? It might be good to give the probiotic when you give food and insulin then....that should leave enough time between them. How is she acting? It sure is good to see that yellow there! :razz:

She is to take the Antibiotic until its gone.

She seems to feel a little better. Instead of laying on the water bowl she is laying in the living room instead.

Lori, nice to see the yellow today! I'm glad that she's away from the water bowl today, hope she continues to improve!
