Much better start to the day than yesterdayat least she has her toes in the water.

Poor Sophia she spent all day yesterday searching for her sister. I wish I could explain to her that Tre'Vona was sick and is just at the vet's and will be home today. After losing Musette and Onyx last year everyone gets so upset when a carrier leaves and comes home empty.

Most of the time you'd swear they all merely tolerate each other until someone goes missing. Then the search is on for the missing member. Last night I had Arabella, Angel, Sophia and Duvessa all crying and searching all of Tre'Vona's favorite spots. Angel who normally you can leave the door wide open and she won't even look out it kept trying to get outside and kept crying out the open windows.

Seems Tre'Vona lives up to her name...She truly is a sister to many and her siblings miss her.

Oh... that just breaks my heart!! So sweet that they miss her. It is so hard when they don't understand and you can't make them understand.

I know Alska was upset when I put him in the same carrier (to take him to his adoption event) as the one I took Nuzzles in to her new home. I know he was wondering if he was coming back, cause she didn't.

When my Wally was dying, I took him around to the cats to say good-by and Ansel, who was blind, didn't get it. He spent sleepless days and night frantically sniffing around the apartment trying to find his Wally. Ansel died just nine days later of a heart attack. I tell people that he died of a broken heart. I was real close to having enough money saved to have his eyeballs removed - instead I used it to buy a house.

Oh dear, didn't mean to remember such a sad story in Autumn's condo.

I hope they will all be relieved to see Tre'Vona today when she comes home. Good AMPS Autumn - please don't ignore Lucian and Alska waving frantically for your attention from the sundeck!!!

No need to apologize both happy and sad stories are allowed because a burden shared is a burden lightened.

Autumn in the grass and all my fur babies home and happy it's a good day tater.
