Morning ~O) ~O) lots of good Mannie brew needed for a Monday. We managed to barely stay in the blue this morning. Maggie sure started out on a nice day yesterday, but then was bouncy towards the end. Mags is doing well today, good appy, sitting on her chair next to the patio staring out and hoping for a sighting of one of Zener's friends, Mr. Skunkie! I'm hoping to hear something from the Vet's office on Maggie's meds today. Not sure what's up there, but I'm getting strange vibes.
It should be a nice day today, so I plan on getting out and about and doing a few things. We may get some rain the middle of the week! :-D
Sending healing vines to Tarragon, Rocket and all kitties needing them.

Deborah & Shasta, thanks for visiting us last evening! I don't know what was up with my bouncy girl!

I think we may see a green today, although I do need to give a dose of lactulose! We'll see if that causes a rise!

oh wow on your vet - i hope they contact you.

I hope you get out today too. We are also due for Rains at the end of the week, so overdue for us.

Maggie had a nice drop for her +2! I'm sure the next test will be a green. Good job.

I think the Lactulose brought her up just a bit, but not too bad!

Michelle, looks like no greens but I'll take a nice blue surf, too!

Amy, now today would be a good day for Mags to follow Trixie! :-D

Hi Melanie, thanks for stopping by; we need to come over and check on Racci. Maggie is doing great on her meds, doing a magical poo every other day, which is okay with the megacolon issue. There's no strain, and the fluids are also really helping her.

Hi Ann. It's nice to hear that Maggie is on a good LB schedule. Today's numbers are pretty darn nice. Low enough, but safe to go out.
Boy, I hope you hear from the vet today, on her meds.

Ann, it took 3 cats about 10 seconds to lap up a $1.00 jar of Beechnut Ham baby food. Next time, it gets sneaked onto Checkers' food :lol:

What a nice day for Maggie, how's the poo situation going? Last time i checked in she had poops 2 days in a row.

Don't you just hate waiting for the vet to call you back? I've started emailing ours and she usually gets back to me within the hour. Hope you don't have to wait too long.

Maggie met a new skunk friend?

Hi Barb, that is so funny with the bf :lol: :lol: I am going to try it on Maggie. I've been giving her Gerber chicken & gravy, but with the corn starch, it may just be spiking her. It sure is a great way of sneaking in the Miralax. Glad all your kits love it.

Hi Tracy, yes, Maggie has a Mr. Skunkie friend that she hopes to see every morning before daylight breaks. She sits on her patio chair staring out the screen. I open the glass part if I'm in the living room. Apparently the skunk does a walk thru our small yard. The poo situation is back to every other day, which is still good for her. That was a rarity with the two days in a row, one I hope she repeats again.

Roni, hey missed you, too, but knew you had the Fair all day and hope it was successful. Yes, I hate waiting for a return call. I think they're having a problem ordering the Cisapride.

Poo patrol is waiting on Maggie's report. She must be going up to the top floors to keep Zener company.

Hey Mags, thanks for stopping by today, too bad the bean managed to halt my purposeful dive into greens and she forced me into the Magic Transporter Box and here I am at the apartment again. I hate that box. Now be good and watch out for those stinky boyfriends, ok sis? ~Leo

Melissa, she is a bouncy girl lately! She used to be such a good surfer girl!

Amy, I did get a call that my Cisapride was ready. It took six days for the refill. The local compounding pharmacy stopped carrying it, so it had to be ordered thru another Pharmacy and then sent to the Vet. No return call from the Vet since Saturday. I just wanted to touch base on the fluids and let him know how well Maggie was doing on the every other day fluids, as he had different views on home fluids.

Hi Carla, thanks I did get a call Maggie's meds are ready. The one I was concerned about came in today. It looks like Maggie listened to you. She came down nicely.

Oh no, Leo, my little bro, sorry you had to go into the Magic Transporter Box and back to the apartment! I'd better come rescue you. I'll try my best there with the bf's! :lol: Mags

Okay, Maggie, founds some blues. Just a little more and you'll be back in the greens.
But surfing from that 113 would be dandy too!
