Josie doesnt like taking her pills (b12). She eats around them if i put pieces in her food, so i have to give them to her like normal pills.

Weezer can' t be tricked into eating a pill either. But my civie will eat anything if I wrap it in a piece of cheese.

yeah, that is what my mom does for thier dog, but i figured cheese wouldnt be good for josies diet.
 
Yes....a nice flat day for Miss Josie.

Have you ever tried the duck and pea pill pockets? They are FD friendly....the chicken flavored and salmon flavored are not.
 
No I havent tried them. Is pill pockets the brand name? does more than one pill fit in? (josie takes 3 a day) do they chew them or swallow them?
 
I've had Champ on methyl B12 (Xobaline) for a few months and it's a crushable pill. It crushes to dust just by squeezing it between two fingers. I crushed it over his food at PS, when he was hungriest, and mixed it in with his food. He never seemed to notice it was there. It did turn his food a bit pink, but that didn't seem to bother him either!! :lol: If you're giving Josie a different type, try crushing the pill into a powder and mixing it into her food.
