Well, the high carb kibble debacle didn't go as badly as I feared yesterday. He was high, but not as bad as I've seen him on a bounce so I am thankful for that. Still high today, this morning was a fight over food, and I have to leave so I didn't have time to open a million cans. He ended up eating some pate w/water, some Ziwi Lamb and some Friskies filets which I tried to pick out of gravy. I did leave extra pate out since I'll be in Brooklyn with my Mom all day and not back until his PM shot time. Tonight I hope to try some BFF that another member was kind enough to send me to try. Oh, and I tried the Instinct Raw Boost rabbit....he smelled it and gave me a withering look while walking away. Didn't help that most of the other cats felt the same way, but the one cat I have loved it. Heavy sigh....I may have to look into re-gifting that to someone else on the Board later in the weekend if Jack refuses it again.
