Yes that AMPS has a food spike in it - knew we'd be fine shooting at AMPS from that pm+10.5 so went ahead and fed him. He's feeling well wandering around looking for trouble....fortunately all other 'trouble' has gone btb.
I left the radiator heater on for the kitties - Snow and Nuis are curled up together in front of mine in the bedroom, Pepper is curled up behind hers in the sunroom. Leo can't figure out why...poor confused kitty. As usual, Schnigs is just sitting on them... :roll:
Boots decided she'd had enough of the ceiling fan so turned it off yesterday - she controls her own fan which is kind of unique. When it gets hot, she jumps on the workbench and flips the switch. She KNOWS it turns on the fan - she has a specific 'hot' place where the fan hits, after she turns it on, she runs to that spot waiting for it to begin spinning fast enough to blow. She hit the other light switch too last night turning off the light then started playing 'off...on...off...on'....great fun for a few minutes.
Spike's out mole chasing - he doesn't usually catch them unless by accident. If he does, I try to get them away and take them far far far away before letting them loose. It really irritates him when I take away his toys....poor kittyboy...
Ziggy was limping a bit when he showed up this morning for food - nothing I can ever do about it other than send up an extra prayer or two asking for extra attention for him. He's eating huge amounts getting ready for winter - he's getting a bit roly-poly but that's a good thing for a little wild cat that needs body warmth for winter. I just so hope he decides to use the greenhouse and bed I've left for him. Last year I left the cat door open so he could come in with Scruffy but with the addition of Leo and Schniggles with only a screen between, that isn't going to be plausible this year. I've got a warmth hole in the greenhouse to heat the bed area from Lilly's heater inside...I'm putting his food closer and closer to it each day so hopefully he'll discover it and use it. Surely it will be better than under any cold falling down building out in the trees....
