Not a fan of his numbers the past couple of days, wondering if we don't see some greens again tomorrow or Sunday if we should be going back up to 1.25 or possibly something between 1-1.25 on Monday morning? That will be 4 days or 8 cycles without greens

I would not wait till Monday. Tomorrow's AM cycle will be the 6th cycle after those 50s. if you don't see low greens tomorrow, I would increase on Sunday.

Would it make sense to do something between 1-1.25 like 1.15 since 1 isn't doing enough but 1.25 seemed to be a touch too much?
I will put him up Sunday night, we have to be out of the house during the day so no one will be around to monitor him.

It's when a cat toggles between doses a few times that we try a dose in between. Till then, increases and decreases are in multiples of 0.25U.
Hopefully he will respond to the dose threat and be back to business from tomorrow
