Hope and Aria

Hey all! Gira (Aria's civvie sister) is at the vets today, so I'm in Mommy research mode - which of course made me think of you all - which of course led me to check in and see how everyone is doing.
Aria is holding her own. She still needs a shot every 2 or 3 weeks, but that shot is still right at .1 units, so I expect our Prozinc to die before we finish the bottle. She's gained some weight and never even goes near the "corner of doom" that used to be our first alert that something was up. It is amusing because now when she does run a little high, she sits at the fridge and meow until someone shows her the ProZinc bottle. DH thinks it's pretty cool. He also was telling a friend of our how I have all these supplements and food restrictions on the cat, so he expected the cats to be around forever. I told him that he'll be thankful when he's 90 and has some sort of trouble and he'll gladly eat whatever supplements I hand him then as I remind him of his lack of faith 60 years before (a woman never forgets!)
I hope you all are doing well. I miss the board, but don't miss TID and waking up at all hours of the night to find the cat and take a test.
