We may have lost our momentum. Should I go back to giving insulin and if so what dose should I start with now that he hasn't had any in 6 days and still has not gone past 150 BG.

He's not horrible high. Is he eating?

If he's better and you know he will eat, why don't you just stsrt at 0.1u?

Eating is fine. Still has diarrhea but now I just tested him and he's 183. I will give just a bit of insulin, the 0.1u you suggested and see where that takes him
