Morning, LL!
I gave Chester a bedtime snack at 9:30 (+4), got up at 12:30 (+7), tested and gave another snack. I like the bedtime snack idea, because then at least I can sleep until +7 without too much worry, but the snack at that time seems to be too late in his cycle because he's relatively high by breakfast. (Trying to stay within the blue here...not crazy about yellow). Seems to dampen his appetite too much for breakfast.
Thoughts?
