AMPS=181 ~.25u Lev
She has not had any tests of insulin since I left on Friday afternoon. Surprisingly, she was super affectionate when we walked in the door last night. They were both very happy to see us. And I was very happy to see them!!

My one DD's first flight out of Medford Oregon was delayed to a point that she would miss her other 2 connections. She stayed home. :cry:
We were so bummed about that but then our own connection in Chicago was delayed for an hour, then another hour and then another....mechanical. At close to midnight, they gave us vouchers for food and lodging...beautiful hotel with no luggage overnight. Got to the wedding ceremony in our traveling clothes but we did have time to get cleaned up before the reception. DH, DD and I got home with no problems at midnight last night. What a time that was! It was a quick weekend that felt like it lasted 2 weeks...know what I mean? :roll:

Now, we are back and will focus on these numbers that my two darlings are giving me. DPS was very efficient and sent me picture mail all weekend. That worked out very well and I am very thankful for that part of this crazy weekend!

Glad you are back all safe & sound. Traveling is such a mess these days, kinda makes me just want to stay home. Bet your kitties are going to be real happy too! :mrgreen:

Welcome home! We have missed you!! Though Mannie and the gang visited Raja and Shadow yesterday, hanging out and cooking. What a life.

I hope you had a good time, though I know you are probably glad to be back. Bummer on the flight delays... Enjoy your btb!

Welcome home! Sorry about the traveling problems, bet you were glad the trip home went smoothly! I'm sure both your babies are glad to see you, hope Raja will be back on track quickly.

I"m glad you got to get away, though the traveling itself is seldom any fun. Have a nice day settling back in.

that's a shame you did not get to see your DD. This is a nice number raja gave you after being gone all weekend!

We missed you, Pat, and I'm glad you're back. I bet the kitties were glad too. Raja did great while you were gone with no insulin. I hope you can get her back on track soon.

Welcome home Pat! We DID miss you! Sorry your DD couldn't make it, how disappointing. Sounds like DPS did a wonderful job, and I know how happy you are to be back home with the furballs. Hope the kitties didn't leave a mess yesterday.

Welcome back Pat! Sounds like you had one heck of a weekend with delays and such, sorry you didn't get to see your DD this time. When I travel, I usually stay fairly close to home and DRIVE to my destination. I've been on a plane twice, to visit my sister and her family out in Vegas. Not a real fan of planes.......
Hope Raja and Shadow aren't mad at you for going away!

LOL Just spoke with my DPS. she said that Raja kept eating the gravy that was put out for shadow the other night. She is quite a character! DPS said she learned so much from them and me about FD...so good to know that she is available ....and she actually said that she enjoyed being with my two. I could not have asked for a better experience!
