So yesterday I decided to reduce his dose to 1.25 since he was going pretty low... And now after two cycles of 1.25, he's shooting too low again. I guess 1.25 is still too much? Probably going to have a nice bounce after this one...

On the bright side, he's up 0.2 pounds this week!

Part of the reason for the low number this morning could be from the depot built up from the 4 cycles on the 1.50 dose. But that 31 is an eye opener. I think I would reduce to 1.00 tonight.

I have to log off now. Please get another test now, and please keep testing every 20 minutes or so while feeding MC or HC to get him up out of the 30s.
Once he's up in the 50s and surfing along, then you can back off to every 30 minutes. When he gets into the 60s or above, then you can test every hour.

These are just my suggestions and what I would do.

Some people do use syrup because it tastes better than Karo. That, or honey.
