I wanted to say hi, and say how sorry I am that you have so much to handle. Lots of hugs.
I wish I had an idea for you, but in that regard I'm worthless. The only unexplained high I caught, turned out to be a hairball.
 
How is Ravan acting/feeling? How are the 5 P's? Did the vet take a look at his teeth? Any chance he has an infection/abcess?

How old is the insulin? I can't tell from the spreadsheet. Though this is too sudden a change for insulin to be off, unless it got frozen. It look OK? Is the battery in the meter fairly new? Are the test strips within expiry time?

What day was his vet visit? Can't tell from the SS.

Any change in food/meds?
 
Oh Ravan...why do you want to worry your mama so? Go back to the beach/lagoon where you're more comfortable and make mama happy.

I wish I had an answer too JoyBee....it appears he just likes to jaunt off up that pink tree every now and then doesn't he?

Lab tests done 7/26 & again 9/27 elevated liver enzymes. Could be from the CBD OIL? New Insulin ,started end of July it's now about half way down. Test strips a week old. Battery in meter 2 weeks old

Vet examined him & said he couldn't "feel" anything unusual & his teeth looked good. Blood work did not show any signs of infection. Kidney values have stabilized.

Ravan went off his regular raw diet around the middle of August.A few weeks later his BG started going up. I went thru the "opening of many cans" & he finally start eating again. Even now he still doesn't want his raw meat. He's eating good, but the Cruddy FF.

He's gained some weight in the last few months which I do not like but right now I'm glad he's eating.

The only meds he takes are a 1/4 tab of blood pressure meds & Calcitriol for his Kidneys 2 X a week. I stopped the CBD & give 3 drops of Milk Thistle for the elevated Liver enzymes. Him & the other 2 cats are 17 yrs old. They go outside for a few hours a day but spend most of the time sleeping.

Pooping & peeing good.

He's now been over 300 for nearly 3 cycles. Do I increase the insulin? I 'm overwhelmed! Peggy Sue's cancer is not doing well & my brother called to tell me he has Pancreatic cancer!

Any thought on why Ravan's BG keeps going up & down?
 
Sorry to hear about your bad news day.:bighug::bighug: Any chance Ravan feels your emotions?

Spreadsheet says AMPS of 310, subject heading says 210. Which is it? I would ignore a couple cycles of higher numbers, but do something if it goes longer. Waiting for next test.
