Scratchie'smom
Yesterday
Morning all, nervous today as we again hit a number I have never shot before - but I did it. Upset with myself as I missed his 2AM (either didn't hear the alarm or turned it off) but got a 3AM and he was at 70.
Last night was really fun with him as we saw more of the 'old' Scratchie. Chasing his tail in bed, running to play hide-n-seek, loving as all get out. Then he called us very loudly into the bedroom and curled up on his blankie and fell asleep. When you see those kinds of things happen again with your baby, you realize once again how very hard this disease is on them. I see it in his eyes when he doesn't feel good, I hate the look he gives that says 'mom - what is going on?'. DH was laughing so hard and playing with him so much last night that it warmed my heart. He looked at me and said - 'I think you might be right, you may get him through this and we'll have our boy back'. Warmed my heart.
Recap:
AMPS - 245
+5 - 163
+11 - 144
PMPS - 144
+1 - 139
+2.5 - 117
+6 - 117
+10.25 - 70
AMPS - 115
Very nervous to go to work so I'm staying until I can get a +1-1/2. I'd get a +1 and +2 but I can't be that late for work and I know DH can't do that many tests. He has trouble just getting one, although he's definitely going to have to test more than once today!! Keep paws crossed that he surfs safely in the blues.
Hope all those on the East Coast are safe and sound and warm! We worry so about all of you.
Have a good day.
