Bloodwork came back.. I have asked for a copy of the results but essentially everything was normal except his BUN was high at 16.5mmol/L (normal 5.5-12.9)... Liver enzymes normal, T4 normal, even creatinine normal.
Vet wants to check his urine next. He said the BUN could be dehydration and I also wondered if its his low carb diet although his BUN was normal in June with the same diet.
Calling vet tomorrow..
