Hi everybody I didn't get a chance to get anywhere near a computer yesterday. Here is Thursday's Post: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=28524

Well little Missy Kitty continues to improve with each passing day. I guess she just never got over the first pancreatitis attack she had back at the beginning of the month and that is why she relapsed. Anyway she's on the mend. I have been continuing with our treatment plan of the Pepcid, Metacopramide twice a day , the Buperenex q8h , the 100cc squids and Prednisolone 5mg daily and the Mitrazepine q 2days. It's definitely working. She's been eating much better and has been actually playing! I plan to leave things as they are til the weekend is over and then start to cut back a bit. I got to be very careful though. No more relapses for this little lady. Not if I can help it.

Not only do I want her feeling healthy I want to be able to start her back on her chemo as soon as possible. Doug was saying that he wanted to wait two weeks before we start it up again. I don't want that nasty lymphoma coming back with a vengence. As Doug was saying we're walking a bit of a tight rope here. We have to balance treatment for the three conditions carefully. Right now we;re looking at Tori as a kitty with pancreatitis and diabetes who just happens to have a lymphoma. Hopefully soon we'll be looking at her as a Diabetic kitty with a Lymphoma who gets CP flares. Does that make sense?

So tomorrow is Halloween and Tori is really looking forward to the party tomorrow night. She hasn't decided what she's going to be yet. When she was little we had a black cape that she used to wear every year. We called her Countess Catula. She loved that cape and loved to play in it. It got all stretched out of shape though so it became a hazard. Anyway she's working on it. She wants her outfit to be stunning, She always was a bit of a diva. She's really looking forward to seeing all her friends. It's been a while since she felt like partying.

I hope everybody is having a good Caturday.

The bus is so cool - all decked out for Halloween, and Binks has cool music all set, and we have snacks on board -and well it will be so fun! I love your count catula - WAY WAY COOL! All the kitties will be so glad to see you. See you tomorrow! ~~ Mannie

This is so fantastic that Tori feels well enough to come to the party!!! I know you are so relieved!!! What a great mamabean you have been and it's because
of you (and Doug) that she's doing so great.

Well that's a higher preshot than what I would like but what can I say? The squids that she'll get before I go to work will counteract that and the Pred that she just had so hopefully she'll be better numbers wise in the morning. I'm beginning to feel that I should have taken up juggling as a kid.

Have a good night everybody. I'm going to grab a quick nap before I have to get ready for work. I really don't feel like I had days off at all. Oh well.

Kiss your babies for me.

Hi Barb, I'm so glad that Tori is feeling so much better and that she's excited to be going to the Halloween party. You are doing great with all that juggling!! Continuing to send vines, snowflakes, prayers, and positive thoughts to you both.

Many hugs,
Ella
