When calculating carb content, what do you do if there’s no ash listed? I’ve been manually using:
100 - (protein + fat + fiber + moisture + ash)
(100 - moisture)

I have an app that automatically lists 2.9% under ash if it’s not listed on the label, but is that accurate?

For example, I bought this (it’s, unfortunately, not listed on Dr. Lisa’s food chart) and was planning to use it as a MC because when I manually calculated it, I got 16%, but now I’m second guessing myself because the app built in ash and listed it as 1.5%

Should I be using 2.9% for ash if it’s not listed?

You can always email the vendor and see if you can get the As-Fed breakdown and ask about ash. This page in the user reviews provides their email address for someone else also looking for the nutritional breakdown.
