Kinda figured she would be up some today as last night I caught her in the cupboard licking the salt and cheese off the Nacho Cheese Doritoes--sigh

She a bad Chiquita!!! ..but she got a nice amps! Guess with the colder weather she'll be switchin' to the hot tub for her swims. Alska will be watching and sighing from the sun room again

Well trying something different with the Fur Gang's meal schedule which may either make me a hero or get my eyes clawed out while I sleep. lol

Since I know Autumn sleeps through the night and thus not getting the exercise she does during the day I'm starting today feeding a full breakfast at amps then a snack at +4 and +8 then a large dinner at pmps to allow grazing overnight. Either the civies will love it or I'm a dead woman. lol

The other side benefit is after pmps except for a spot check occasionally I'm done with cat care and have evenings back with the hubby. (read go to bed early and get 8 hours of sleep here) lol

Oh I'm the same way - after coming home and testing, shooting, recording, raw feeding, cleaning up, canned feeding, cleaning up again, 10pm snack and a final cleaning,.. I'm done. That's why I shake my head at those requests for a before-bed test - NOPE, I'm done and insulin hasn't even begun to work by then anyway. So I know how it is when you have to turn off the cat-go-round and pay attention to hubby or in my case, my BF texts... and I only have FOUR furry things!!!

Your husband must be a very patient man!

Nah he's just crazy...lol He is one of those rare breed a Crazy Cat Guy. About 2/3 of them he has drug home. I'm really only responsible for the sugarcats and Arabella & Angel all the rest he has shown up with from work. lol

But he is partly the reason for the feeding schedule change. Right now he is working 10 hour days and when he gets home he helps with the feeding and dishes so I want to get it so he can come home and just chill. And now that he isn't with a band we can go out on the weekends again. For the first 6 years of our marriage he was playing bass with a local cover band so our weekends were spent gigging or recovering from a gig night. But after a really rough patch in our marriage he quit the band to focus on us so I want to not be so tied down to the feeding of critters and be able to get out and have some fun.

Mel, that's about the schedule we're on here. I have to be awake any time DH is awake so no naps after pj parties. I rarely test during the night unless I suspect one of them are going to do something stOOpid as I can't fall back asleep easily. PLUS the boyz don't sleep all night when I get up and test - I wake them and stir them up so if they need food, they go eat. That changes the whole set of numbers so I don't truly learn anything. I hope your change makes a WONDERFUL difference!!!!

Well so far no one has eaten me or reported me for animal neglect so the meal delivery change is going well but the real test will come tonight when they don't get there before bed snack. lol

But couldn't be happier with Miss Autumn's numbers
