Trix's mission continues. She headed down to the 40s again at +4 last night; fortunately, one round of gravy brought her back up to a safe surf. I shaved her dose down to F3.00 this morning, and she's on the move again.

Sandy is here...so far, not too bad - rainy, windy, and the sky is an odd shade of gray for sure. Still hoping that being over solid land will make her lose steam...we're just at the beginning here.

Hi Amy, glad you're okay and safe. Wow on Trixie; she sure is on a mission. Good luck with the shaved dose. Sending stay safe vines and prayers.

I hope neither one of us gets water in our basements, as there is no sump pump here.

Just a little breezy and rainy here so far still...nothing all that noteworthy. Hopefully this is the worst of it!!

Trixie ain't scared of no stinkin' Sandy! Maybe she thinks it is a giant litter box full of sand. ;-)

Nice start to the evening...hopefully she'll surf it safely.

The winds have definitely picked up over the last couple hours, but in the grand scheme, we really haven't seen much in the way of rain. A few branches are down in our yard, but nothing too gigantic. The power has flickered a bit, and went out for about 5 seconds...fingers crossed that it doesn't get any worse than this.
