Hi,

I hope I have managed to start Reds spead sheet.
I would really appeciate it is someone would have a look and see if I am doing it right and how you think it looks so far.

Thanks very much
Kath & Red

Good job on the spreadsheet :thumbup Thank you, it helps you to see patterns and how the dose affects Red, and it helps us to help you. The extra 0s in all the hours where there aren't any tests are a little "busy" looking, but that's okay, I guess it's the spreadsheet you copied that did that. Keep on keeping on, and Keep on posting and letting us know if you have questions. We're here to help and support.

I'm not too good on advice, but all the 0's makes my eyes all screwy, lol

other than that, it helps alot- especially for you to see patterns. makes a difference, instead of just looking at a bunch of numbers on a piece of paper.
I especially like the color coding ;-)

Did you manage to mark a syringe for yourself?

Hi,
I will just get rid of all the 0's when I don't test, no prob.
I am just counting drops at the moment to get the 1/2 unit. Not Ideal I know.
Red is getting attention that you just couldn't pay for at the vet from you all on this board.
Can't thank you enough,
How often should I publish his results?
Kath & Red

You could start by posting a daily condo, and letting us know in the first post how he seems to be doing, and then throughout the day when you test, just add that number to the Subject Line on your first post. If you have a question, you can also add the ? icon to your first post, or add the word Question, or Help to it.
Today's subject line might say 10/29 Red AMPS 210, +4 288, and in the body of the text you could add whether he had the five Ps (play, preen, purr, pee, poop), or anything else you want to add about how he started off the day, and any questions or concerns or insights you might have or anything you want to share with us about how he's doing.

Where are you located, again, that you are already on 10/29?

Most of us post on a daily basis. We indicate our kitty's numbers for the day as well as a few sentences about how our cat is doing. I'd suggest reading a few of our threads (we call them "condos") so you can familiarize yourself with how the board operates. This is a very social group and one where support is readily available.

Hi Kath-
Just thought I would say HI. This is a great place to ask questions.

The next time you post, open your previous condo in a separate tab. Go into the browser window and copy the URL.Go to the new condo you're opening.

In there, type the following:

Previous Condo

(If you want the link to have a specfic name, instead of "Previous Condo" you can type the name you want.)

Hit "Preview" - that will tell you whether you did it right.

You are doing great. Keep asking questions as there are so many helpful volunteers on this site.

Hi everyone

I am in New Zealand so it is now Mon 29th 8pm. I get to see the sun rise 1st!!!!
I must have done a fur shot this am as it had no effect! Quite tricky to see if it has gone right in and you can't really feel the puncture as the needle is so fine.
My chemist got me the wrong needles(long, not short ones) when he ordered the 0.3ml ones so a bit difficult. I will swap them tomorrow hopefully.
I will try to follow Karen's linked condo instructions.
I really hope I can get Red in remission. Vets here certainly know how to charge. We moved here from Uk 3 years ago and are just finding our feet.

Probably too early to see any patterns emerging in Reds spreadsheet?

Thanks for all dropping by to say Hi, I really appreciate it.

Kath & Red

Yes, you get to see the sunrise 1st :-D

That's a nice 171 at +2. Hope you got some more tests in tonight.

Thanks for taking the 0s out, it looks much cleaner, and just easier to read now.
