Yesterday was..... blue and yellow day in Mannieland, a modified Zener slide day. We were pink at +2 in the AM cycle, followed with a nice slow slide into the Blue Grotto. Rumor has it that the Blue Mannie Group was performing live on the ski slopes high in the mountains... further sighting report an impromptu performance on the sandy sunny beaches of Southern California. Well done Mannie, we all love blue Kitties! I bet we would all love a green one too. Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D It was another rainy day in the PNW, but not as cold. Mannie knew it was warmer too. :cool: I lost count of the number of times he was pawing at the door, wanting to go out. So during rains breaks, out he went. Three times he went MIA. I told him one more and he was grounded. :lol: :lol: :lol: He stayed in after that. It must have felt really food to him outside for him to leave the visible areas. He always shows within 10 minutes, but still.... where he goes in the "south 40" is a mystery. I so need to equip him with a tracking device so I can figure out just what he does.... :shock: :cool: ;-) ;-) With each excursion, with each tour of the yard, each return trip back inside he brought half the yard with him. :shock: :shock: His under-carrriage fur is so long that it just picks up everything. Poor Mannie! Like yesterday he had to endure my debris removal session before he was allowed to return to his bed. he was not happy..... :shock: :roll: :roll: :lol: ;-) ;-) And then when he was grounded: oh oh! Major unhappy... So I fed him his fav fuds at pmps, and all was forgiven, amazing: the power of good fuds! This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and a few cuddles. :cool: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone! I am not too sure what will be here today. Errands are done, laundry done, shopping, done. cleaning done good enough.... hmmmm. Guess it will be a go with the flow day! :cool:

KITTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's here! the Full Hunter Moon!!!!! I am so excited. Off to Rusty's Barn - no better place for a hunter moon party that Rusty's barn. This will be so cool. I so hope that the deer family will be there. I gots the bus all packed with snacks and tasty beverages for our trip. Lots of fleece and hats and scarves too cuz it gets cold by Rusty's... and the bus's sauna and spa are up and operational too... SWEET! SO.... Morning Michelle and yay on the Hunter Moon party. :-D Thank you Mannie for the Triple Espresso and the Mocha venti quad pumpkin spice mocha, laced with cimmamum and nutmeg. ~O) ~O) I always need both. Oh so funny with Mannie pawing at the door and getting grounded. That is so neat that he returns in 10 minutes. My neighbors on the side street let their kitty out, and he always comes over to our apartments and visits with certain people. He seems to know which ones need company, amazing how they sense it. I sure hope Mannie comes down from the yellow floor. Maggie is keeping him company.

Mannie, oh boy, so glad you have extra fleece, as I have a feeling we will needs it. Your menu is to die for, excellent, and you have really outdone yourself. I will bring a couple of my catnip frosted cheesecakes just in case we need more desserts. See ya at my curb, Mags

Nice blue yesterday. Yay! Not a bad sunny start today for Mannie. Too funny on the trips outside. Mannie did not want to get grounded. Sorry I missed you all weekend, but know I was thinking about you. Have a great day Michelle!

Morning Ann ~O) ~O) ~O) Mannie is making his second round of deliveries... watch for him.... he thinks you need more..... :lol: ~O) ~O) Yesterday and him and the wanting outside was a little on the funny side. He just knew the weather as better. After the 3rd MIA trip I had to keep him in... getting too close to needing him here for testing etc. I could swear he was sulking.... :lol: :lol: That is so cool on your neighbors cat that visits, and knows who needs company. awesome! Maybe Mannie and Maggie can find the blue floor together. I shall make that suggestion. :-D

Morning Melissa ~O) ~O) ~O) I thought so to - he was so adamant about being let out. He got the lecture when he went MIA. He always comes back relatively soon, but..... No problem on the condos - so understand how that goes. We have so many people, and it is so tough to keep up with everyone.

Hi Michelle, you know they have those kid-trackers with a GPS in them? Maybe they make them small enough to put on a collar! Maybe you should trim (not shave) the undercarriage!

Hi Amy - oh yeah - this will happen, that fuds spike, 95% of the time. :roll: I try to stay on top of it all, not working anymore helps alot wit that. if I did work: it would not be. SO today I can go with the flow, after the normal daily stuff. the sun is out, so will go to the shore. winds are up though.... 20mph. will be gusty down there. nothing compared to the east coast though.

Hi Rhiannon - well we are clean and caught up with the major stuff. there are those few annoying dailt details... and we will ignore the garage which is the dumping grounds for :what will I do with this" stuff. :lol: :lol: Yep, the grounding was funny. After his U/S in july it was nice not to have all that fur there: wow! A clean house! :lol: Love the spectacular comment. :-D

Mannie! you and Leo have the same kind of numbers today. What happened to the Blue Mannie Group performing today? I hope it happens soon :-D Cool on the Hunter Moon Party, Leo will have to wait until after the vetty to go.

Funny on being grounded from going outside, the guy was just trying to explore and investigate his yard. How big is your yard Michelle?

I hope today stays dry enough for you to get out and do some exploring yourself Michelle.

Yo Mannie,
The barn is set up. The deer family is already sheltering next to the woodshed. Winds are picking up. We figure that the brunt of the storm will hit around midnight, so everyone must prepare to spend the night. I've spread hay and blankets for sleeping, the grill is stoked and ready for action. The wood stove in the barn is ready, too, just in case we have a power outage. We can cook on it, too, if need be. So everyone come, bring raingear and warm clothes, blankets, fleece. It's going to be a great night!

Hi Tracy - I dunno! That is what I asked him this morning... the BMG Mannie, think Blue Mannie Group. The party needs you! I hope he is listening... maybe! we are headed down, slowly, which is good. Our yard really isn't that big - wish I knew the dimensions. You could fit a few homes on it. and that he was so excited to be out and checking his domain. :lol: He is master at hiding out in all the plantings/shrubs/trees/etc - I could look for hours and not see him. He's pretty good though, usually shows within 10/15 minutes.Silly bean likes a visual.... :roll: and thanks - did get out for some exploring... WOO HOO!

Hi Ella - yupp, he's on a yellow roll here, with a slight dip down. Might make the blues yet. And I did - doesn't always happen with the chores.

Rusty - gots it!! I got lots of fleece and stuff, and rain-gear and lots of warm clothes. This will be so awesome - camping out in the barn! WOO HOO! You gots wood stove in the barn????? oh boy - all bases covered then. SWEET! See you soon! Bus is packed and ready to go! ~~ Mannie
