Good job on getting a full curve! The more numbers the more knowledge. Bummer that she bumped back into the pinks. Overall, she got a little lower though. Let's hope she'll decide to ditch the pinks and slide on down the rainbow!

I posted in your other condo. Sorry. Just as a reminder...we do one condo per cat per day and if you have any questions at all, just keep them in that condo. Otherwise, we get two condos going and it gets confusing. Here is what I wrote in your other condo:

It looks to me like she is clearing a bounce, Denise.

It's important to not feed between +10 and +12 unless she's really low because you don't want to influence the preshot with food. For instance (and these are just hypothetical numbers), if she was 145 at +9 and 115 at +11 and you fed her and then her +12 was 130, you could be shooting a food spike. She could then come back down after you shoot.

Bounce clearing cycles can be really active ones where the numbers continue to drop at PS and after.

Please be sure you post before you shoot, ok?

I'll try to watch for you but I have a conference call about my mom in 45 minutes.

eta: when you do post, please change your subject title to "10/29 Honey +9 145 +11.5 xxx" with xxx being whatever the number is. And you can also put "Help pls" if she is coming down. OK? That will catch our eyes.

I started another post and then saw your comment - just deleted it.

I have no idea what's going on with this cat!!
This was a little after +11.5 - I thought it might do for amps if I shot 15mins early.
Now I guess I should wait and retest in an hour or 30mins? No food, right?

She hasn't had food since +9 apart from FF Apertizer treat (just a tsp)

It's ok....she is doing something very typical..she's clearing the bounce.

I will watch for you. When you get her +12, post it...do not feed, ok?

In the meantime, please read through "dealing with low preshots" linked in my signature block. It will give you an idea of what we will be doing.

Do you have plenty of supplies...test strips, HC food, syrup or honey? How long can you stall and be able to get back on track? We make up time in 15 min increments each cycle or 30 mins one cycle per day. Can you be there to test all day if need be? Feeling ok?

yes, I have all the supplies and yes, I can test all day.

About to do +12 (about 10 mins late).
I usually shoot at 9am/9pm but do want to adjust this to earlier.
