I guess we're bouncing a bit from yesterday's 50s. Buster got the zooms last night! He started yowling outside, then he ran across the backyard, zipped into the bedroom to scratch on a post with that wild look in his eye and then booked on off into the living room. I haven't seen him do that in a long time. I guess he was feeling pretty good!

So I read on another post that Terumo won't be producing insulin syringes anymore? If so, what is the nearest equivalent? I can't seem to really find any info online, other than forum posts here, and I am going to try to contact Terumo for more info unless someone has already done so. This is bumming me out!

If you're sending out vines today, shoot some over to my friend's little kitten, Nemo. He somehow swallowed a dime and is having surgery today to remove it :sad: Hope it all goes well.

oh poor Nemo. hadn't thought of that..... better tell my son to get his change off the floor. He has a young mischievous cat.

I just ran to the adw website and ordered some terumo's so they still have stock.

well that would be a bummer if Terumo stops producing those. I first started using them after getting them at the vet's and really liking them. Then it was really hard to find where i could buy them other than at the vet's. The Terumo site has a place to contact customer service, if i remember correctly. I think I talked to a person there and found they were at ADW. They are mostly not sold locally, other than through some vets.

Sending healing vines for little Nemo - my cousin has a gray Nemo that's a mischievous little guy too!

I submitted a request for information from Terumo and I was able to order up a couple of boxes. We shall see...

I'm glad Buster is feeling so good. I hope you can still get the Terumo syringes. I hope Nemo's surgery was successful. Poor kitty.
 
I had to give some high carb food at lunch, as Buster decided to pull a 48 on me. I gave him 2 helpings of HC and left 2 servings of LC out for the afternoon. All ended well.

My friend's kitty, Nemo, actually had a penny in his tummy so now they are worried about Zinc toxicity. I think he'll be ok. Thank you for the vines.
