Happy Saturday, Lantus folk!

Binks awoke me with purry furry face kissies this morning, as Smudge growled in a fit of jealousy,
and Lil Miss Annie peeked through her paws in amazement at such an unabashed show of affection :-D
These girls will learn that round here, love comes without condition or judgement...
even if we have to drag them snarling and spitting to that realization! :lol:

He then led me to the kitchen for test, shot and breffis...
after which he did his best Peggy Lee impression...
plaintively warbling "Is That All There Is?"

he's currently flipping through the satellite channels, cattily remarking that cartoons just aren't what they used to be.

I'm pretty sure this is what he has planned for his weekend!

Is that Budweiser in celebration of St. Louis winning the world series? Binks, those carbs won't be good for your BG and you are doing so well after your kibble binge. Have a great day!

:lol: I love the pic! Maggie says she's coming over tonight. Gosh I can't get over the pretty greens Binksy is flashing. He wants to go you know where, anti-jynx. We want the best for him but sure would miss him.

you know...i used to hesitate posting excitement over his accomplishments and gains,
knowing that there were folks hurting over loss or dealing with terrible situations, frustrations, setbacks, etc.

But then Binks sat me down and said "this is at least one area where animals surpass humans in their insight.
It is what it is! we mourn together, we worry together...why on earth would we pass up a chance to celebrate together??"

He's a bright little boy when you can get his attention away from cross-dressing :-D

It is good to see his gains and progress.....it gives those of us dealing with frustrations hope for the future and a reason to keep plugging on. :-D Besides, visiting Binks is the best place to get a laugh, esp when you are not in high spirits.So thank you!!!

binks will get there... sooner than later if you ask me. :mrgreen:
he's doing pretty darn good especially when you consider having to carb him up to go out or get some sleep.
yup. that reduction will be coming soon. it may not be in the form of a low number. if you have to continually carb him to get anything done it'll be time to drop the dose.

This is the "Feel good condo of the day!". I think you all are very perceptive that Binks has had just about enuff fun back in LL!

Love your thought, Celi, that we share the grief, the worry, the sadness and we also need to share the happiness so please do...ANY TIME!!!

Hope the Unamomer is doing better today.

Binkster is looking very good today and I hope he enjoyed his couch potato time. Your condo always gives me a smile and it is nice to read some really good news. Congrats on how things are going. And I'm not really sure I believe it when you said that BB you were the quiet type.

the little devil stole a piece of cheese off the snack plate...
and cheese ALWAYS brings on the Hurling B...

though there was a hairball in the first expellarium.

waited 20 mins, fed him tsp LC...
he returned it with complaints to the server...

It's not a terrible thing timewise, as I'm taking my sis to a birthday party tomorrow evening 2 hrs before pm shot...so...
sure can't feel good to Beanie butt tho.

we may wind up skipping...
I hate to do it, especially when he's been tooling along so well...

but I know this boy...and the lactose urps generally continue for a few hours,
and the poor lil bugger throws up more intensely than any kitter i've ever known.

don't know whether to even try to feed him again for a cpl hours :sad:

Hope Binks is feeling better!! I hate the barfies, for them as well as whoever gets the pleasure of cleaning up after. :sad:
