I think he's trying to live up to his Russian Blue status:cat:

We typically test 9:00 am and pm. His last feeding is between 11:00 and 11:30pm.

Autofeeder is set up for snack/meal (about 1.4oz of Almo Nature) at 5:00am/+8, which he gobbles up. I can change time if you think it will help?

Next feeding is after morning testing.
 
He seems to be green 3 hours after his feed, maybe the +8 could be moved to +9, by way of experiment.
