Maybe his nadir has moved a little. I went out with my elderly neighbor last night to see an Elvis Impersonater for a beniefit function, and got home past my bed time. And, I forgot to give J.D. his Pepcid, last night. So, he just threw up bile this morning, even though I gave him his Pepcid about 30 minutes ago. He hasn't eaten breffis yet, but was eating fine last night. I think he'll eat as soon as his tummy feels better. I did not see the pill pocket in the bile, it's just clear liquid, so I don't think I should give him more Pepcid.

I guess I should get dressed and take the kitties out for a walk.

Sounds like you had fun last night! Cool. Poor J.D. - I hope he decides to eat, sorry on the pukus, guy. Hopefully the pepcid went down and he feels better soon.

Yeah, I'm not feeling like getting up and moving around either - but it's sunny outside so that helps with the mental push! Thanks for your card last night and visiting our condo.

JD needs the Pepcid daily? Hope his appy gets better soon & eat his meal.

Yes, he gets Pepcid twice a day, and most days Ondansetron twice a day, too. I keep wanting to get him off the Ondansetron, but then he doesn't eat, and I think maybe he's nauseous, so put him back on it again.

I gave him some R insulin this morning to bring him down, and I guess I blew it again, as now if he bounces all weekend, I won't see how he is doing on this dose during the week while I'm at work.

I just got back from 2 hours at the stores. I bought another cooler and some of those littler freezer pack things, and a couple gallons of water for the cats. No batteries to be had. I can't believe the grocery store was packed at 8:00am this morning, on a Saturday. Crazy humans.

We saw the storm in our TV news. People getting batteries, food, water, whatever they found in the supermarket. Really stressful! But guess better to get prepared.
I always think if there is a sudden shortage of food in HK, I can go on cat food which can last for at least a mth! :lol: :lol: I do stock up like a pet supplies store!
The way we treat kitty with med is quite different in HK from what I read on LL. We dont want to give med unless it is a real necessary. We try other natural means before resorting to med. Guess it's a cultural difference.

Batteries were already sold out yesterday :roll: I'm going to try to search to find long matches to light the gas stove if I need heat, and to try to find a transistor radio somewhere.
My house looks like a pet food supply store, too :lol: and I bought crackers at the grocery store. I would never :shock:

I wish I could get J.D. off all these meds. I don't like giving him so many pills.

I was at the pharmacy today getting syringes and the pharmacist said how many do you use a day, and I said two, mostly, well I gave him some R insulin today so that was another one, and I'm going to give him his B12 shot so that's another one, and he gets his Adequan shot.. The pharmacist kind of rolled his eyes.

J.D. got shrimp!!!!!! so his tummy is all happy

Awww, JD with a tummy full of shrimp! Glad that he's feeling better!!! I wish I could send you batteries and supplies...praying that you don't really need them. Scritches to JD and Happy Caturday to you both!
