This morning I was abruptly woken up to projectile vomiting! :o She had peed in her bed sometime during the night cause the puppy pad was wet and cold. And she had one small ball of poo. So appears consitipated again.

weighed her this morning my baby scale says 10.5. I'm hoping that is a variation from my vets scale as they had her at 11.6 on 10/18

Re: 10/27 Izzy +11 290 nothing like a barfy cat to get you u

Are you giving Izzy Miralax on a regular basis? If not, it really may help to reduce the problems with constipation. Also, are you adding water to her food? That may help as well.

A cat that's making retching sounds will certainly wake me out of a sound sleep, too.

she has been getting Mirax in her food for a couple years now. I have been adding water to her food since she was diagnosed with CRF 4-5 years ago. I am resorting to syringing it into her to ensure she is getting a full dose and not just bits of it as she eats during the day.

Poor Izzy and her beloved bean, sending healing vines. The vomit alarm is very effective for getting beans out of bed. Must be going around, Zener did the same this morning too.

That's not a good way for anyone to start the day. Sending anti-barf vines to lil Izzy. Hope her tummy settles down soon.

Dang it...I was suppose to give her a shot at 7:00. Set the syringe on the counter and totally spaced out. Just now saw it. Totally jacks up my morning...and I will have to shoot her ealier than I like to get her on schedule.

On the up side, she is on my bed. sleeping. She got up there all by herself. I did just put a puppy pad under her since she tend to pee in her sleep.
