I prepared myself for another bounce today because we had another steep dive last night, but we actually got a decent preshot this morning with little bounce. She must be able to handle those dives from yellow to green better than the pink to green ones. It is a nice warm day here, so hopefully she can enjoy some time on the sunny porch today. Thinking about vet visit....how often does everyone take in their elderly diabetic cats for bloodwork? It will be coming up on 6 months for her soon.
 
I'm doing bw every 6 months now, at least a senior panel. Changes can happen fast with older pets so it's good to see the patterns.

Nice blues today for Ebby.
 
Nice to see some blues for Ebby today. I am doing annual checkups unless there seems to be something wrong. Buster is only about 13/14 so I don't know if that's considered old for a cat. He has been chasing lizards around like a spring chicken, so it's hard to tell. I hope Ebby is feeling gooooood!
 
Thanks for the visits Rhiannon and Tara! Rhiannon, I'll probably go ahead with a 6 month just to be safe. Tara, If Buster is chasing lizards like that I'd say he definitely doesn't feel old! Ebby is feeling good, but no lizards here for her to chase. Just crickets that sneak in our basement...and oh, how she loves those.
