Blue yesterday going to yellow

Zener is doing fine this morning. He is napping on the filing cabinet, helping with his condo, getting some petting, and stretching real big. :-D :-D Looks like Mr. Liver finally had enough of those nice blues but we are hoping he will relax again today. Zener's appy is good. He had a picnic on the patio and did a short yard patrol.

OT: Tillie is doing ok. Her appy is so-so. I gave her some yogurt, which she ate. Then I gave her a bit more with cosequin and she wasn't eating that until I told her that we were just trying to help her feel better and then she ate it. :-D :lol: She had some chicken florentine which has some grain in it but at least she ate it. No cypro this morning. Yet. She is stretched out on the heating pad, so that's a good sign. :-D :-D

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Happy Caturday LL!

When Lucy refuses to eat, I tell her "take some more bites" and give her a big kiss with a smooching sound, and she eats. :-D

I am glad that Tillie is doing better. I will hope the appy improves. Eat up Tillie! Nice though that so far today no Cypro.

Hey, Liz -

Sorry the blues have temporarily gone. I think our kitties are afraid we'll get too comfortable with the nice numbers and throw us an occasional curve ball to keep us on our toes. Glad he's eating and sounds like he's having a good day.

I hope Tillie starts eating better for you. I've never tried yogurt for my kitties, but I've heard several on here talk about it. I guess you buy the plain kind? YAY for heating pads; I keep thinking about buying them for my guys, at least one for Hershey. Oreo spends the better portion of cool days in the furry pet bed, or if Jessica is on her laptop he lays on the brick. We have to keep a check on him so he doesn't overheat, bless his heart!

As instructed by his LL family, Zener is on the slide, and starting tonight back to blue. :-D

@mariko - Zener has been feeling pretty good lately, we suspect he is trying to keep things steady while Tillie is not feeling so good. What a sweet guy. Tillie does not like the smooch idea but she did like being told it would help her feel better. ;-)

@Ann & Tess - Mr Liver seems to be calming down a little at the start of PMPS. Hope Tess comes along on the slide.

@Michelle - Mr Z is the slide master, he has learned from the best in LL. Tillie seems to feel better in the evenings than in the mornings, but all in all, she is a little bit better. We did had to add a dab of cypro this afternoon to make sure she eats. When we did her weekly weigh she hadn't lost any, thank goodness for that!

@Libby (&Hershey too) - you are so right about those kitties wanting to keep us on our paddy paws! We love the feeling good, eating good, successful poo patrol days! We use plain, cream top organic yogurt. Tillie loves it most of the time. Zener thinks it is poison. :lol:

@carla - as instructed, sliding...sliding...sliding. Thank you for the prayers for our queen of everything. We hope she is back to her sassy self soon, it's been a very quiet week without her bossy trills.

@Ella & Rusty - Zener is having a nice stretch of feeling pretty good and we are grateful. Dealing with one feeling poorly kitty at a time is about all we can handle!

We had quite the adventure trying to get Prednisolone filled for Tillie. We've been reading that it is difficult to get and our Target pharmacy was charging over $200 for 30 tablets 5mg. So, they substituted the same amount with Prednisone for $4. That is so crazy, we cannot wrap our heads around it. Thriving Pets.com had it for $0.70 per 5mg tablet, so we ordered online. Our vet could not send a new prescription to them, so we had to go through Target and were told the new pharmacy has to contact them to have the prescription transferred. We will keep you posted if this ever happens.

Good grief, if it is this complicated for a cat, we are worried about who will help us when we get old. :?

Whoa on the Prednisolone price :shock: Crazy.
I'm glad Tillie is on the mend and that Zener is in the lagoon! :-D :-D :-D
