Late posting today, Xander's being a slow eater again today. Tonight was near impossible to get him to eat until I tried a rarely tried flavor that he went for. Maybe he's having a food aversion to his usual flavors due to whatever's going on. He's pooping good and acting totally normal other than that, I'm almost certain its a hairball coming soon. It's just beyond frustrating to deal with, especially when he still shows such interest in Flare's kibble and freeze dried chicken treats. Even with his lower eating tonight, it doesn't look like his BG is dropping much more than usual. Let's hope for a hairball in the morning and better eating soon.

Also, looks like switching over to the new insulin vial didn't change much. I guess it held its potency pretty well through the 4 months I had it. I'll keep the old vial as a backup in case of emergency.

Hi Albert, Do you use anything for hairball maintenance?
I hope Xander gets back to good eating soon!! It's so stressful when they don't eat!
