Yesterday was a yellow morning slide up to red, then a rapid dive down to green. Today we are back to the regular pattern of late.

Today, this bean is beat. After almost 4 hours of sleep last night, we got up to go rowing, but it was cancelled due to the wind and whitecaps. I spent time starting to work on a grant proposal for the rowing club but now it's time for an afternoon btb. It was rainy this morning and now just cloudy. Neko did go for one quick yard patrol after breakfast, but most of the day was spent in her basket in the solarium (which is not warm today). Now she wants her afternoon snack an hour early. I'm going to try to ignore her for a while and snooze. Success, she saw DH's lap and that will distract her for a while.
I'm thinking of Dale and Max today, and hoping for the best of results next week.
