Morning LL,
Well these numbers just continue to confuse me, why is he so low?
I meant to give him another dose of bupe whenever i woke up last night..........but i slept thru the whole night. So i got up this morning he looked like he was in a bit of pain, its so hard to tell, but his last shot of bupe was 12 hours ago. I am supposed to be giving bupe three times a day. Anyway i got that 67 and i sat there with that needle in my hand for 10 minutes going through a million questions in my head, "what if he doesn't eat?" "what if he goes too low and i can't bring him up?" "he's not hungry right now but i'm not sure when the last time he ate was" Leo solved my problem by getting up from my lap and walking over to his dish and chowing down on his HC FF breffis, so i shot his insulin, albeit another BCS dose of 0.5 units. My dad is like a vampire and is awake pretty much all night so i want to ask him how Leo did last night and how much he ate.......but he's sleeping
Funny bupe story, when i got up it was obvious Leo had just woken up from sleeping in his kitty bed and was busy with non stop yawning. I grabbed his bupe and waited for the next yawn i knew was coming........he opened his mouth for the biggest yawn ever and i shot that bupe straight in his mouth......HAH! No burrito towel wrapping, no fighting, no slapping, no growling, it was the easiest bupe shot ever!
Leo is BTB and i think that's where i might head too.
