10/26 Jack- 375@AMPS, today is day 6 on 7.5u

Life at my house is not good right now. Jack is trending high, ex-hubby brought prolonged chaos despite good intentions, and my FIV+ kitty may have lymphoma (pending further test$$). I won't bore you all with the Mom and work drama, but suffice to say posting daily has become a real challenge....I'm sorry. I do try to keep the SS updated, but a lot of times I just text myself Jack's numbers and update the sheet in the morning when I'm in a useless, infuriating, online, daily meeting.

Today is day 6 on 7.5 units and we are probably going to 8 units over the weekend. Jack pulled this nonsense back in January when we actually went to 9 units and did the whole Acro/IAA testing drama which he was negative for. Maybe he's just over-reacting to my mood and the insanity at the house. Hopefully we are getting back to somewhat normal now, and his numbers will reflect. He has been willing to eat some pate at dinner so that's at least a tiny step in the right direction. I really want to check in with everyone, I just can't seem to make the space in my schedule. I really hope all of you and your sweet kitties are doing well. Stay well all. I'll do the best I can on posting more often.

Gosh, that's A LOT you carry on your shoulders.
Seeing Jack's number in the pink doesn't help either (that one, I totally share the sense of frustration!).
Sounds like you are so busy taking care of everyone else - hope you take care of yourself too!
I know it adds another "to-do" item to your list, but that is sooooo important.
Don't you worry about having to post when you don't have time or energy. Coming here shouldn't be stressful!

Hey Christine, probably all the chaos is stressing Jackmout. Glad to hear Jack has been eating some pate for dinner.Maybe after your ex leaves things will calm down.
