I had a hard time getting the little sample from her today. She was too excited about food and she would not stay still. I had to poke her 4 times. I wonder if that had anything to do with it?
I hope she comes down too Linda.
How often do you order your test strips? Do you have auto delivery setup?

Good morning! Hope Calistica comes down gently for you today into the blues.

I order 200 strips every month. I do get mine from ADW through mrrebates.com. It is cheaper for me to get a meter with strips than just the strips so I have a bunch of backup meters. :lol: :lol: :lol: Oh well. We use the Arkay meter and strips. The strips are compatible with the Walmart Relion meter.

I also ordered those same strips this past weekend. I think I need to setup an autodelivery program with them!
I should probably get one those Akray meters as backup because a backup meeter is not something I have. Great idea Melissa!

Hi guys .. well thats a bum deal numbers continued to rise .. at least she's stopped off on the yellow floor this morning .. can definitely make it back to the blues and even greens by the end of the day .. right calistica? have a great day guys!

Thank God she stopped on the yellow floor! Ray called me and he did AM +2 and it had gone down a little but I can't remember what number he told me! :oops:
 
I received in the mail today the generic ARKRAY strips from AWD.
I wanted to know if the Walmart ones were the same as the AWD ones so I tested Calistica with the Relion one as her PMPS test and it was 196. Right away I removed the used strip and replaced it with the ARKRAY generic one. The reading was 215
Is this normal? I didn't set up my meter. Ray did it for me and now I'm wondering if I should've entered some info from the ARKRAY strips?
Both bottles are Code F-3 but the generic one has a different

BTW, I noticed that both the Relion and the generic strip say ARKRAY. Both strips look exactly the same.
I asked for a volunteer at home to do the same test I did on Calistica because I'm too much of a chicken to poke myself! :lol:
So my aunt volunteered. First the Walmart Relion = 123, Second the ARKRAY strip =125.

I don't get why Calistica would show such a jump? I'm thinking it's because I poked her a couple of times.
 
There's a 20% variance between any test. So, your 196 falls roughly into the range of 156 to 236 and the 215 falls into the range of 175 to 255. The ranges largely overlap -- they are pretty much the same number.
