SURPRISE, MOMMA!!! WAKE UP! DE B NEEDS SOME ATTENTION!!! :lol: :lol:

Never underestimate the power of the Binkster to throw a curve ball :lol:

When he tested mid blue this morning, I was glad he hadn't sky-rocketed from the kibble.
And today there is a party at the nursing home...which is a bit of a funny story...
they'll be having kids in to trick or treat, and residents reading halloween stories at different stations.
When they asked Tam to be one of the readers, she asked if she should wear a mask or costume, and
the activities director said "no...we don't want to scare the kids".
Tam and I looked at each other and started laughing...cuz let's be honest...
bring a bunch of little kids to a nursing home...and they're not gonna be scared & nervous anyway???

So I got caught up in getting things ready for the party...looked up and realized it was am +5...
and "WHOA!!"
Binksy-Baby...you rock!!

methinks we may be getting gravy before party-time... :-D

ETA: forgot to mention, the shot this morning felt like a flub...like I was shooting nothing, but...

Maybe costumes aren't the best idea. BTW is Binks back on duty at the nursing home yet?

no...he hasnt visited since he went back on the needle...
I took Smudge in to see tam...
but now they want Vaccination records...and I don't vaccinate Binks, so...we'll have to see what we can work out.

I'd say Mr P is fine working order to have dealt with all that kibble so nicely! Go Binks go! Have fun at the party Celi.

My DH is going to Halloween as a penguin--HA HA The Plumpish penguin!! will try to take pix of that!!

Hi guys .. yep, that is certainly a wake up call from the binkster! Love the pictures, I'm looking to find just the right halloween costume for my mocha .. She doesn't know it yet, but it WILL happen .. :cool: have a great day!

Binkster! Wow, love the pics. Have fun at the nursing home! I have a feeling you and Tam will be enough entertainment for the kids without adding the costumes. :lol:

Looks like Mr. Binks is going to the vet tomorrow...
he's torn a claw again, and it's a little smelly...
just like the last visit.

at least this time I know about the soft collars, if needed.

I don't know how it can get infected so dang fast...it was just 2 days ago that I noticed him limping a tiny bit after
chasing down Smudge...

goodness knows...we wouldnt want to build the vetty fund up too far :lol:

once again...i'm questioning the amount i'm shooting...
i think it's a skinny .25u...but at least it's been consistent (I think). :YMSIGH:

and we're definitely going to the vet tomorrow...
his claw is hurting him...and it smells infected.

He'll hate that :lol:

I hope his claw heals quickly. Poor boy, but Dorothy, you really need to keep your manicure appointments. Look what happens when you don't keep them nicely filed.

the crazy thing is...she outweighs him by a good 5 pounds...and with those monster polydactyl paws...she could wipe up the floor with him!
thank goodness he keeps the facade going...or she and Annie would take him apart...

Wishing for Binks to make a full and speedy recovery, and a good vet visit. I'm pretty sure that he won't be happy about it, either. Poor little guy.

I've recently treated a neighbor's cat for a cut between the pad and claw on his right hind foot. All I did was continually dip his foot into peroxide to disinfect it. It, too, smelled pretty bad (like infected). He's now walking on it, but still favoring it ever so slightly. I'm sure that it's still a bit tender, but the swelling's long gone now, too.

unless Binksy doesn't feel good...then he sleeps in one of his 4 swanky lil kitty beds in the living room.

it'd be really cool, except that the Tortie girls spend about 60% of their time growling and warning each other and binks :YMSIGH:
I NEVER woke up to growly kitties before...
growly bedmates, yes...growly kitties...never! :lol:
 
Too funny! So the Tortie girls don't really get along with each other? I envisioned Binks vs. the girls but it sounds like a bit of a three-way. :lol: :lol:

Hope Binks is feeling fine today and his vet visit went well!
Love all the pictures...always a smile at your condo. :-D
I can relate to waking to growling kitties....Missy and Phoenix do NOT like sharing the bed, at all!
 
Gosh darn I missed all the fun yesterday!!!! What a great condo with funny pics!!!

I hope all went well today at the vetty and Binks doesn't have to wear the collar again. Maybe this would work as well:
