Starting to freak out....

I have only the last 3 days on a SS, but if someone can help me, I will upload it.

Could the Lantus be going bad? First opened at the end of August. No floaters and still clear.

FF low carb pates. Real Tuna & White Meat chicken to increase food intake.
TONS of water, lots of pee. Usual poos - 1x every other day, sometimes daily.

I can't remember the 5 Ps.. but purrs regularly. Not much for preening (but that's not really new) and not much for playing (not new either).
Overall acting "normal" for him! Napping until I get up to do something, then following me to ask for food.
Food given, sometimes eaten, always wants something else!!

*Left with caregiver for 10 days who DID NOT follow directions.* Glad he is home safely, but numbers are wayyyy up from when he left.
He was in the 200s and getting 1U a day. We were working towards lowering the amount to be able to shoot 2x day.

Currently 1U Lantus 2x day. 10am/10pm

The only help I can give is to get the SS loaded. Go to your spreadsheet and copy the URL. Open your user control panel on FDMB (top left of screen). Click on profile, edit signature. In the signature block type this:

paste URL here[/i]]Revson's SS

Replace the italics in this example with your copied URL. Submit.The spreadsheet should show up automatically in your signature everytime you post.

I'm sure someone will be along with advice on Revson's situation. Good luck.

On Revson's SS in your signature, I think you may have left off the last part of the code. After "Revson's SS" you need to type [/url].
 
If you've already shot today, there's no need to rush. Update the SS and fix the link.

So Revson was getting half of his usual amount of insulin while you were gone?
 
Tried to fix SS, let me know if you can see it.

Revson shot this morning.
He was supposed to be getting 1U (as needed) when I was away. I don't know if he got any! or not, but looking at the numbers he must have had some.

I'm going stick him and test with both old and new glucometer to compare.

I have been using the FreeStyle until this week. Compared to the vet's glucometer, I was 20 units low.

Now what?!
 
Could be a bad strip or a bad meter. You could try testing yourself with each to see if the meters are OK.

Your SS loads fine now.
