Morning Everyone! Happy Monday! Shadow and I had fun again last night...he had eaten his +4 snack which was great to see. But there were syringes of HC gravy here and there and a missed alarm at +7, but we made it through the night just the same! He is such a sweetie but I have to admit he began to run from me last night when he saw the gravy syringes coming at him. This is really a very difficult thing to do with his numbers, the testing and feeding like this. But, that was yesterday and now he is in the blues. We got through it and I am thankful for that.
He jumped up on the testing towel at shot time, all happy and purring. But I was on my way there with a bundle in my arms ...Raja..the reluctant bundle. I kinda moved him over and he stood there, very close to her, sharing the towel. He kissed her head again and it was just so sweet! She was not comforted much, but he tried his best to help her. He then accepted his shot with the usual purring! It seems he has forgiven me for the constant ear pricks and the syringed gravy down his throat. I personally don't know how he can, but I am thankful that he remains his sweet self after the crazy days we have had.
With all those beautiful numbers, he only earned one <50 towards the three that he needs to get a dose reduction.
He came close, but he never dived low enough....so we stay with the 3.0u and hope for the best! Hope you all have a wonderful day! :YMHUG:
