Ollie is relaxing on a fluffy quilt and looks so comfortable....I want to join him! He always finds the most comfortable spot in the house and makes it his own...I love it :-D

I just read your travel info post. Thank you!!! Last year was a disaster trip down...we had not started insulin yet so no worries about carrying his equipment. I had him in a Sherpa bag and he ripped it apart...and peed like a racehourse...that bag got tossed!!! Coming home was better but I still didn't travel with insulin...had some waiting at home. He was calmer due to 5mg of acepromazine. I did buy rescue remedy yesterday :-D

Pee pads are a great idea and I would never have thought of bringing him in the ladies room. Not sure how much I can carry with me...although I did buy two seats JetBlue says he's my only allowed carryon :roll:

At least I dont have a time change to deal with! I rented the same condo this year so he knows the place.

I so love that both you and Sandy say a lot can happen in 50 days. IF he goes OTJ it would be the best gift I EVER received!!! Just seeing how good he feels now is a big gift!

I'm sure I will have more questions before we leave. So good to know you have "been there". :-D

Hi guys .. nice start to the day ollie! Sounds like you have some good advice as far as traveling with ollie goes .. I am sure the flight will be a piece of cake .. and like others said, lots can happen in 50 days :-D have a great day guys!

Looks like another reduction might have to take place. It's been a crazy morning...finally at tbp.

Ollie hit 41 at +4 and I had to feed him a lot of MC to bring him up. He was 40 at +5 so I brought out the HC. I think I need to give him another reduction...he's on the crazy train again. So unless someone tells me not to I will reduce him to 1.25u tonight...down 0.25u. He has had three consecutive cycles going into the 40's....and it's only Tuesday!
 
I was just looking at BKs ss , to see what was going on when he got down to 1.5u.
Looks like we stayed happily green at that dose for several weeks before he threw me a 42 and we went down to 1.25u
After that the balance of our reductions were earned not by hitting a low number but by being constantly green.
It was a nice change from the crazy slide down,

Everything crossed over here for Ollie. :mrgreen:
