And for all my mocha fans: a Venti quad dutch apple infused white mocha, with caramel whip, garnished with caramelized apple clusters, white chocolate shavings and a caramel drizzle...... SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of apple and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, sprinkled with crystallized apple bits and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are along for the ride.

WOO HOO!!!! IT IS FRIDAY FURDAY! :-D :-D :-D I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. We did well here. It was major foggy when we headed on out, but no rains so no complaints! By the time we reached the river it was all sun, and blue skies, and somewhat warm temps. Go figure! Again, no complaints! It was a river day, Nicholas so wanted to go, so we did. William had no opinion. We originally we going to swim in the evening, but Nicholas was really tried after the river trip, so we will postpone that until tomorrow night, and see if he wants to go then. Here is what I wrote in last nights post: "Hi Everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. We are back to being socked in, no fog break, at least here at home. Now you can go to lynnwood 2 miles away and will have seen some afternoon sun. I must be one of the chosen few spots that still can't see across the street. Sure does make one appreciate afternoons like yesterday, where we had a sunny afternoon. Two more days of this total fog, per the weather dudes... The boys and I ended up at the Snoqualmie River, out of Twin Falls Park. I had thought of Snoqualmie Pass, about 20 miles further, but the webcams showed that to be foggy, even when the weather guys said sun. so.... by the time I got to the river exit, there were sunny skies, and I made the decision then to go there. it proved to be a good choice. I like that part of the river. easy enough for the little guy, a variety of things to experience. He's into asking what everything is now. LOL: I need to learn my plants better. We did pretty much the same thing we always do there, with a few variations. He pretty much calls the shots on what is what. That makes it even more fun for him. SO... did the rocky section for those tiny waterfalls, and then the sandy section for all the sticks and river wading. That section is good for William, as I can get him out onto the sand. Both had a good time. William was awake for most of it too, which was nice. We may to the Skykomish tomorrow. When I picked him up today he really wanted to go to Index and see the salmon in the river again. Went on and on about it all. Seems he loves to be in the river with the fish. lol, and that's my guy! It was way too foggy there today, would have been very cold, so maybe tomorrow will be better. We did not swim tonight. He was tired, and just wnated to go home. That probably was a good idea, as Being as tired as he was it would have not been the best of times. He said he wanted to go tomorrow, so we shall see if that hold true by the time tomorrow night rolls around. anyways... so went today. It was a good one, for all of us: Snoqualmie River

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!!   It was such a quiet day here yesterday for the kitties... Lola made sure she welcomed the boys, Bug made sure William was cool, and Elsa made herself scarce.  The Halloween decor remains intact, and hasn't been too victimized by Lola. She did manged to pull down by 6' long Ghost windsock... that required some leaping on her part. I am glad I wasn't around to witness the feat. She and Nicholas played alot together yesterday afternoon once we got home from the river. That was nice to see, nice easy fun play. Good job Nicholas. The gentle touch won her over. Bug is spending more of the night hours on my bed. I find him there when I go to bed, sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night he is still there. Lately he has been the one to make sure I am up in the morning. Kinda cool! Elsa tolerates the intrusion, as the bed really is her spot, but she seems wiling to share. Maybe he reminds her of Mannie too. That too is kinda cool. She has been seeking me out more in the evening hours, looking for some lap and cuddle time. of course we have to oblige her on that. Good times with the kitties... Normalcy in MusketeerVille!! cat_pet_icon

Have a great day everyone. It is another Nicholas and William day today. I hope to take the boys up to a river, again, as Nicholas asked for one yesterday. Sheshhhh - kid LOVES the rivers! He has such fun there that it is no surprise he asks to go time and time again. We will see what I can find that doesn't have fog... he wants to see the salmon again so maybe we will do that, if it isn't too foggy or cold. We will also be swimming in the evening, unless, like yesterday, he decides he's done for the day. I will try and get to condos when I can.

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN!! cat_pet_icon

Love the pics. Looks like it was another great day for all of you. That is very sweet with Bug taking care of you at night. I love those snuggly boys. Nice on the Halloween decorations other than the windsock. That would have been something to see. Have a great day Michelle!!

Wow on all that fog...fog is interesting, but I might get a little stir-crazy being that immersed in it.

I can only imagine how Lola pulled down that ghost  !! Very sweet that Bug is snoozing on your bed, and Elsa is cool with it. Wonderful kitties!

Have a fun day on the river today!

I've seen some pictures on FB of all the fog you guys are dealing with .. that is insane! Glad you were able to make it out yesterday .. Hope you guys are able to do a little swimming today .. You can just see it how happy it makes Nicholas by the photos and videos .. have a great weekend guys!

Morning everyone! More of this needed!! ----> ~O) ~O) ~O)

Morning Melissa ~O) ~O) ~O) THX on the pics. It was fun, and we got lucky, found a lace that had some sunshine. YES! Me too on the snuggly boys... always the best. He was there again this morning, made sure I was awake. ;-) oh yeah on the windsock - I have it suspended indoors, so know it took a flying leap. So far today it remains "flying".

Morning Amy ~O) ~O) ~O) I love fog, I really do. But after a solid week of it, where one can't even see across the street... well, I am done. ;-) stir-crazy says it well. I am elated that Elsa has let Bug join the "bed group". Very nice indeed! Lola came down for a bit last night and Elsa booted her.  Of course that could have been because Lola invaded her spot, a little too close, and that last "sniff-over" was the last straw. WHACK form Elsa. we shall see if today the ghost remains suspended.   THX on today - I hope so!

Hi Devon ~O) ~O) ~O) I could not agree more on the fog. it is insane, going on a week now where we are so socked in.... They say it may clear by Sunday. maybe. THX on yesterday - me too! I was glad to have been able to find a sunny spot. Me too on the swimming. He does love it, and I agree the photos are testimonial to that. I will hope he isn't too tired so we can go tonight. :-D

It's good to hear everyone had fun yesterday, even William. I hope you found a good spot to go to today.

How sweet Bug is joining you on the bed more and Elsa doesn't mind. I would have love to seen Lola pull down the ghost windsock.

HI Michelle,
Yesterday on the Snoqualmie must have been grand. Nicholas is really into it and William looks happy, too. I hope your river trip today was just as much fun.
Wow on your fog. You must be in the fog belt! Hope today it lifted where you live and that you were able to get to a fogless river.

Wonderful report on the 3 Muscateers. Bug is certainly taking on Mannie's traits. He must be "tuned in." When we adopted Stu after Alice passed, people told us that he would gradually take on mannerisms that were hers. He never did!! Interesting that Rusty is much closer to Alice's patterns than Stu was!

Have a fine evening.

Hugs, scritches,

Ella & Rusty

Hi all - sorry I missed you all last night. Nicholas and I went swimming, in the evening, and it was a very late night for e. FUN!, but late. :-D

Morning Ella ~O) The Snoqualmie was just that - grand and wonderful. Nicholas does like that river, he has such fun there. William too - he is very much like his brother when we are out on these rivers - seems to really like them. He even took a nap on the sand!  Yesterday's trip was good too. It is limited in how much he can do, but he loves that spot, an the salmon there. It was great! I think so on the fog, and the fog belt. I am very close to the sound, we always get the stuff, but this past week has been excessive. we did get lucky: fogless river! It was cool, but no fog. :-D -- and i think so on Bug: very Mannie like. It is nice to see.

Morning Carla ~O) ~O) ~O) We did! Good times! It is great to see William responding to what he sees. We did on today - Nicholas asked for the one we did, and it proved to be good for the day. he had such a good time. I love it that Bug comes to sleep in the bed - it is so great that Elsa doesn't mind, There is a large part of me that wanted to see her pull thee windsock down too.
