I am officially depressed over this. Those blues were so pretty and now I am back to the pinks - yuck ohmygod_smile Harley is starting to shy away from me when I give his shot. I have been sitting on a crate to get to his level to give the shot but now he grabs the food and runs away to eat it. Today went better - I sat on the bed with him while he ate and got the shot. We'll see if it goes better with the numbers.

That is such a low Pink for Harley...why, it almost looks yellow to me....

Good morning Patti. Pink looks to be the color of the morning around here today.
Putty gave me a hard time with his shot for a while so now I just put a treat on his little testing blanket and when he eats the treat I shoot.

Don't despair - full moon means wonky numbers. They also read minds - be careful what you think!

I am seriously questioning this cat. I can hardly wait for the blood tests on Monday (or was it Thursday). I just want to know what is going on. Harley has not gone below 300 all day.

This is crazy - I loved those 3 blues in a row 2 days ago and I was really hoping for good numbers. I know that the vet will not buy into more insulin because I believe she (they) believe it is the Smogi (spelling wrong) effect. Even if it was, there needs to be a low number to cause it to happen. Plus he is crying again for more food - he has really gained and I hate to feed more, have him gain, and then need more insulin.

What to do, what to do... confused_cat
