Olive had a good night with her numbers, but she was a very NAUGHTY cat. It was like dealing with a toddler in her terrible two's stage. She wouldn't cooperate at all with the testing, kept me running around just to get her to finish her food (it's a game she gets a kick out of, I swear!), then she picked a fight with Cindy. Ugh! Poor Cindy. She went running for her life. So Miss Olive got a time out until morning. Thank the Lord for baby gates! I don't know what got into her craw, but she was really misbehaving through the night.
 
How does a baby gate keep her in? Can’t she climb or jump over it? I have locks on my doors because Max would open them and now Mocha does too. I have a wood shelf and weights propped up on one door because I can’t risk my other naughty cat getting into mischief eating things she shouldn’t or opening closets to get at treats.

Sounds like Olive is feeling good.
 
It'd be cool if these cats had active cycles during the day ;) Hope Olive behaves tonight :bighug: How's your foot :/? Hope its manageable :bighug:
 
Sorry to hear she's giving you such a run for the money...hopefully she'll calm down soon and you'll have peace in the home once again!

Olive has never been a jumper. I have a baby gate made for a Great Dane! She's always been a fat cat, so I think she just learned she had "limitations." lol. So she doesn't even try to jump. Cindy used to be quite the jumper. In her younger years she could jump straight up to the top of the sliding glass doors on the railing of the shower! Straight up!! Now she'll scale a 3 foot barricade only if she's gets scared enough. Cats are soooo mischievous...I have to smile at the lengths you...and the rest of us kitty owners have to go to. Yes, maybe it is because Olive is feeling better...

Sure would be. My toe has felt so weird today. It's like it keeps...or feels like it wants to curl, yet it's not actually moving. It was hard to keep the sheet and blanket off it. You don't realize how heavy bedding is. lol.

We can only hope. You all have a good rest of the night. I'm going to test Olive and try and get some sleep.
