Yesterday was......... Yellow and Pink day in MannieLand. :? A day off for Mannie. UGH, BLECH, MEH. We hope for better numbers today, a return to the blues. I was getting used to them :-D I wasn';t too surprised to see the yellow amps yesterday. He had hit the greens in the morning cycle, surfed the low blues for a while... I had hoped he'd stay blue, But it seems that his internal organs had other ideas. I am glad it wasn't any worse than yellow. Today we hope he can find the blues again. GO MANNIE! Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D More rains for us yesterday, which meant more napping for the Nanner King, The nanners got quite the workout! He was moving them into a sorts of different patterns, finally settling on a semi-circle with him in the middle. I thought that the circle looked a little off, until I realized that he still has not moved the two that DGS left in his bed for him. Way too cute. or.... he's just too lazy to carry them that far. :lol: :lol: :lol: I suspect the former. DGS gave them to him for his bad, and he has chosen to let them stay there. ahhhh..... We had a mini whack-a-thon yesterday afternoon too. YAY! I have so missed them! Elsa and Mannie ah come to get me to tell me that I was so negligent by not feeding them their dinner 30 minutes early (HUH?) and in the process crossed each others path. oh oh! and a no no! WHACK WHACK WHACK accented with few loud MEOWS! :lol: :lol: :lol: Rolling on the floor laughing... You gotta love it. I told them I still was not feeding them early... This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and a few cuddles. :cool: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. No clue what will be here today. I will meet my son for breakfast in the morning, and then.... the day is free! :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: what will I ever do with a free day??? well... all those things I keep ignoring are still there... maybe today! :roll:

Morning Michelle and oh wow on that awesome coffee drink, ~O) ~O) Mannie Kitteh Barista how did you know I love raspberries and chocolate together and choco whip? Maggie joined Mannie with the pinks. I still wonder what those two got into at the last party. Mannie and Maggie are about the same AMPS, too. How sweet with Mannie leaving the nanners DGS placed there and not moving. So funny with the whackathons. I have missed them, but no din din early though. Have a great date with your son for breffifs today. Great pics of your hike yesterday and the views, wow. I loved the video of Mom and DGS story time. Have a great day.
Mannie sailing sounds like fun. The sun should come out this afternoon in sunny California. A cookout and chasin crabs, oh boy! I'll bring some burgers. And it's nice 60's and no rain either. See ya at curb, Mags

Hi Ann ~O) ~O) ~O) I know on those pinks - it was so strange to see Maggie there too. Mannie on the other hand... another visit. :roll: I think those two have been into the cheesecake far too often. :lol: I thought so too on the nanners, and Mannie leaving them there. Usually he shuffles them here and there, but not those two. The whack-a-thons were fun - just like old times when BJ used to keep the three of them whacking away. :lol: THX on breffis - iot will eb fun. I rally enjoy just hanging out with him for a while. We go to this small family run restaurant. Food is great. Place is nice and cozy. Great times! THX too on teh vids: story time with DGS is fun. He really is into the animals and the sounds they make - he does most of them as we go through the stories.

Great pics from yesterday, Michelle. The beaver pond could be here in the Adirondacks. I guess they look pretty much the same wherever they are.

Mmm that kitteh barista special sounds wonderful! I may have to sign up for deliveries. :lol: Mannie sure does love his nanners - I've never known of another cat to take such care of anything! Love hearing about it. Pics are gorgeous, as always. And yep, yellow is better than pink, but you're getting a little too close with that food spike, Mannie. Back to blues!

Mannie - Sailing sounds so fun, with the wind in our fur and the sun on our faces. Then crab chasing - the sand between our toes. I can't waits! And definitely KTSS after for Rusty. I be inna winnow! Lubs, Muffin

Hi Michelle, Glad there is normalcy in Mannieland. Beautiful pictures, its hard to imagine snow when its sunny 77 here. The Mannie and Elsa whack-a thon is too funny! :lol: I am trying to untrain our herd that fighting gets them fed earlier :roll: its battle of wills and bean vs. 4 cats is hardly a fair fight.
Our nanners were delivered in the mail today! I left the box sealed until DH gets home so we can both see the reaction, will help counteract his day at tbp. The cats pushed the box off the table and halfway across the house before I knew what was up. They also took an unnatural interest in the rest of the mail, it must have picked up some nanner scent. I can hardly wait to see what mayhem occurs happens when we actually open the box.

A couple of times he's smelled them through cupboard doors too. I think you may have a hit o your hands. Wow Mannie, not liking those numbers at all. Are you trying to meet up with Leo in the reds? I HOPE NOT! Our whack-a-thons are supervised as much as possible - Leo is a boy and Molly is an old lady. He just wants to play and she gets this screwed up sour puss on her face and lets out this loud HISSSSS! Then a couple whacks and she takes off. It's not as fun as it could be :sad:

I love the Squires Lake picture - it is so peaceful. That could be framed!

Nanners rock! Leo got his nanners last week and he LOVES his! It's now one of his two favorite toys. It's funny to see him grab it and roll with it.

@Leslie - how did the nanners go? I bet really great!!!

Hi Lisa - seems that we have a set of boys that want to be red kitties today. WOW on all that... silly boys. maybe the two of them can find their way to the lower floors... paws crossed! oh wow on your whack-a-thons. all the krew here are old kitties too. I guess when it is a bunch of oldies it can be fun. they sure don't do them as much as they used too. THX on the pic - I am glad you like it. It was a very peaceful place, I enjoyed the time there. WAY COOL that Leo likes his nannaer! AWESOME. Mandie will roll with it too, slobber all over it,and then sleep on top of it. :lol: :lol:

I really loved hearing about the whack-a-thon. It's been too long since last one :lol:

I'm always amazed that Mannie is still crazy about his nanners, and still arranges them. :-D

I'm sure you are dealing with that pmps, better than I am. Yes, Checks is up there with Mannie. Boo Hiss!! :sad:

Well, I expect Mannie to get on back down to blues.....and I hope he grabs my boy's hand before he heads down.

I might as well take advantage of this and get some sleep... :lol: :lol: And I am doing well. there was a time that number like these used to really upset my apple cart. Now though I can take them as they come. They are frustrating for sure, but I know he will come down from them, he always does. I guess Mannie saw those red raspberries and decided he wanted to be just like them. Next time he should tried a blueberry flavour instead! At least he is starting to come down now and tomorrow is another day and another set of numbers.

That pic of Squires Lake is amazing. So nice to have places like that close enough to get to in a short trip.
 
Morning Wendy - LOL, and I think so too. Too many red raspberries for the Nanner King. :roll: He did come down last night, we are back up a little this AM. Hoping he can find the better numbers this morning. Paws crossed. :-D Thanks on the pic. You are right - it is nice to have something like that as close as it is, and an easy loop to do. I was glad I went to try it out, see what the lake was like. Very nice!
