doing so much better since on the prozac. we did have an oopsi the other day with licking but it was 2 tiny spots that some benadryl cream took care of. it is so nice to be able to pet him without him going into full steam ahead lick mode. he is having a herpes flare up and have added chlor-trimaton again to his lysine regime Marjorie is going to get me some interferon ??? for immune system from her vet. also had to increase his insulin a little bit. blues were nice but green is better. weight remains in the #11 area. up and down the scale on that but no real weight loss. low 11# or high 10# would seem good for him
remains shy and reserved and probably always will be. very introverted cat. just like me.
Beasley
remains his outgoing sweet purry self. continues to follow you around like a puppy dog. no issues with him per say but did increase his insulin to 1.25 cause I want lower numbers. weight remains the same for 2 weeks now which is disappointing to me. he is a big boned cat, especially the chest area. looks like steroid use and weight lifting but I think 11# or high 10# would be perfect for him.
wheezer
same ol same ol. I am now going back to how I treated a long time ago. TID kind of got me off track but wheezer is now on 0.05u BID and am now feeding meal at +2-+3 after shot. this gets the insulin in him and working and will handle any food spikes he may get. so far it is working pretty well even though we have had some higher than expected numbers. could be bounces though but nice to be back to BID. now I have a few hours of life LOL.
guess that's it
