Yesterday's thread

She started a little higher than I hoped since she didn't drop quite as dramatically yesterday. The bf is home sick today, so he'll be around this morning to feed her as needed, and I'll pop home at +5ish to test her before I come back to work.

Yeah, I was hoping that since it was +5 she wasn't going to drop more since I could only be home for a few minutes to test her. I left instructions for what to feed and when to pick up her food, and he knows to feed her higher carb stuff is she starts to act weird (well, weirder than normal.) At least, I think he does. He is a guy who is sick, and guys with a cold are usually dying, so we'll see how it goes (I mostly kid, he really was pretty sick this weekend, but also he does suffer from the man cold sometimes, so...)

Glad Kit is ok!
I totally understand. My husband is mostly useless. Wouldn’t have a clue what to do.
Has gotten used to me sleeping in the basement with our cat. lol. My (adult) son is more help than the husband.

It’s in their dna, I can only assume! :banghead:;)

He means well, he just wasn't as involved the first time around because we were in the pandemic and I never left the apartment, and while he cares and is concerned this go round, it's still not as present in his brain. Whatdya do. :rolleyes:

No, she only ate her 3% at +1 because I was distracted and didn't feed her the 5-6%. Because she's been dropping by +2, I'm experimenting by feeding her normal 3% at shot time, and then 5-6% at +1, to try to stave off those steep drops. But it only works as an experiment if you remember to actually do it. :banghead: :facepalm: She may still get some 5% since she's dropped down to 61 now. We'll see where she goes after eating some 3%.
