How is his appetite, Lizzie?
Not great. I am at a complete loss as to what to do about it. He is acting very painful also. I figured since he wasn't eating I would go ahead and give pain meds before I left for work to see if that helped.

He didn't touch his +2.5 but ate almost all of his +4.5 snack. He did finish b-fast (PS meal) after some encouragement.

I’m doing the Eat-ur-Fudz dance with my civvie too, Lizzie :banghead: I have to stay focused on not letting it drive me nuttier than I already am  :woot: Feeling ur pain :bighug:

Have you talked to the vet about trying entyse?
Not yet. Wife vet only works 2 days/week and I am not sure which days right now. I don't want hubby vet involved - he can be a PITA sometimes. Plus I am swamped at work getting ready to move on Friday. Plus my wallet is a bit thin right now.. I have purchased fluids, strips (400), pain meds and two trips to the vets (including bw) in the past two weeks and will need to place a Chewy order soon.

Unique kitty new to the neighborhood. Not sure who it belongs to but I think the markings are cool.

Oh poor Gizmo. What do you think is causing the pain?
I have no idea. I am completely clueless about him right now. Going to discontinue the transdermal gaba and go back to the Butorphanol for now. He seems better tonight (pain wise). Eating is still a struggle. I may try another dose of Mirtz tomorrow morning. It is a bit early but I am not sure what else to do.
What is entyse? Something for an appy stimulant?
Yes. It is for dogs but has been given to cats. Reports I have read were hit/miss on how it worked, but @Jan Radar (I think it was her) saidit was working for them as well.
