Morning everybody. Well yellow is better than pink so I guess I'll settle for that. It's an improvement of last night's 335 preshot. I'm sure she'll see some blues today later on or maybe even some green. She wasn't really interested in her breakfast this morning. She got her Mirt this morning though so I'm confident in an hour or so she'll be more interested. She's having her morning bath right now and then will probably settle down for her morning nap.

Actually that's what I'm going to do-have a nap. Ayanna is still asleep so I better take the opportunity while it's there. Her darling mother went out last night and hasn't come home yet so chances are when she does show up she won't want to look after her child. This afternoon it's a trip to the mechanic to have the car winterized and the snow tires put on. No snow yet but it's coming. For a change I'll beat the first big snowfall before I get the tires on.

Yep, yellow is better than pink! Hope you enjoyed your nap. Wow, what a concept - thinking ahead and beating the first snow! Great idea! I rarely seem to get things done before they are needed, I'm too good a procrastinator :lol: Everyone's gotta be good at something, right?

Yep - yellow is better than pink, and it is better than last night - it is good. I hope Tori had a great rest of the day. I can't believe that it is time to start thinking snow. so not ready for that.

I hope you had a good rest of the day barb - and a nice evening.

Yellow is much nicer than Pink Tori.... hope you had a good day ...winterizing your car? Wow....that is impressive! :mrgreen:
 
I'm not quite sure what's happening with Missy Kitty tonight. She ate well during the day but this evening won't eat more than a bite or two despite being offered the stinkiest fishy flavours I have in the house. She seems kind of subdued as well. ALso I was just in my room and there was the cardinal sign that she's not feeling well-poop on the rug. I got to admit I wish she'd pick another way of telling me she's not feeling well but it is effective. I've given her some Metacopramide in case she is nauseated . (She gets 1/2 tab of Pepcid daily) and am very tempted to give her some Buprenex as well. I'm scared to death that she is starting another CP flare. Maybe I'm just over reacting.

I just don't know. Her numbers have been really good today, She even saw a bit of green. Of course I have to work tonight which I'm not too happy about. I'd rather be home to watch her. Daniel is home though. Tomorrow she has her vet appointment for the chemo. We might have to postpone it. At least I know she'll get seen tomorrow.

Any suggestions? Do you think I should go ahead and give the Bupe? This poor little girl. Sometimes I really wonder how much more she can take. Sorry I'm just feeling a bit overwhelmed and panicky right now. I need to take a deep breath and calm down a bit.

So sorry Tori's not feeling well, and also that you have to work and can't be there to watch her. That makes it so much harder on us beans. If it were me, I'd go ahead and give the bupe, especially since she'll be seen tomorrow. And if you're thinking CP flare, well, I tend to believe more in gut feelings and intuition than overreacting. Hope she feels better soon. cat_pet_icon
 
Thanks guys. I'm going to go ahead and give the Bupe. I'm going to go with my gut feeling. Funny I depend on it all the time at work. (I'm a nurse) but when it comes to my kitties and my kids I always seem to second guess myself. I must get going I have to leave soon.
 
Awww, Barb, I'm sorry that Tori isn't feeling well tonight. I think it's a good idea to give her the Bupe, go with your gut. You know her much better than we do and if it is a CP flare, that will make her feel better.

Aw, I hate to see that our Ms. Tori isn't feeling well tonight - she does have a way of showing you,doesn't she?

Am anxious to see what the visit tomorrow shows - and if she gets more chemo. Hope you got your nap and it was a good one - these little ones can wear us out, can't they? (Wait until it's a "great-grandbaby" - yikes.) LOL.

As far as the colors - Tori did real well today - Dude was pink to green and back to pink - full moon going on and he's right in sync with it - as usual.
