Poor kitty. I'm sorry about those ear problems. Isn't it interesting that when you added the saline Tiger came back down. I'm glad you don't have to use a steroid in his ears.
Thank you Summer! Glad to hear from you! I hope our Leo and your Susie are playing well together! I asked him to show her around:bighug:
Yup his ears have been an ongoing issue for quite a long time now! I have used everything in them and finally the vet mentioned saline when I asked her directly what I could use!
Yes I believe the mountains east of us will get snow this sunday night!
Love and hugs to you and yours:bighug:

Isn't it wonderful that something so simple, and so safe, as saline can help your Tiger. No steroids. Yea! Wow, so hard for me to picture snow but I hope you get it if it can relieve the dryness in your area. Being from Florida is a totally different world from Oregon. Hope your Leo is showing my Susie around. Bless you and good fortune to you and your Tiger.

Hi Kathy! I’ve just been catching up on how my friend Tiger is doing! It makes me smile to hear about how well he’s doing…. and cat food in your ear! LOL! What’s up with the saline in the ears? Do you wipe the black gunk out of his ears afterwards or does he just shake his head afterwards and the gunk, which has been loosened by the saline, comes out?

Good night kisses to Tiger. Love to Leo and Darcy and Julius and Susie.

Yes Love to our sweet sweet ones...

I go back later or the next day with a dry Qtip which is what my vet recommended. The gunk is loosened or mostly gone by then from his head shaking.
I will give him your lovely kisses!:bighug:

What kind of saline? I mean what kind of bottle are you using? Like a bottle for rinsing contact lenses? Or something specific to ears? Does he fight you when you do it?
