Simon is feeling all happy and purry this morning. Must be the nice green AMPS  ! Food situation is still an issue. I went back to giving him the Wellness which he turned his nose up at a few days ago. Today he likes it so I'll try to give him this until he decides he wants another variety.
I have to tell you a story that has made me feel really happy. Before his FD diagnosis and before his arthritic legs, whenever I used to play the piano, Simon would jump up on the piano bench with me and sit there and stare at my piano music like he was reading it and then would occasionally step on the keys like he was playing a song. It has been a long time since he has done that. Well yesterday, while I was playing, Simon ran into the room and jumped up on the bench like his old self. Yay!! I don't know if it is the insulin or the dasuquin, but regardless, this is exciting! Remember, this is the same cat that when he was a kitten, crawled into my piano and we had to saw off the piano keys cover to get him out. I should have called him Elton after Elton John!
Have a wonderful day!
